The launch of Star Citizen Patch 4.3.0-LIVE has seemingly broken the Executive Hangars.
Their timers have stopped ticking (with still one green light on) and the hangars are not resetting. The hangar is still open. If you want, you can farm many grenades and missile launchers. ;)
